You take responsibility for a flawless onboarding process of new joiners, a smooth payroll process and the coordination of our employee perks and benefits. You help us develop futureproof policies and procedures for our workforce. And you make sure that an In The Pocket employee never loses sleep over any HR administrative matter.

Your day to day tasks?

You take care of compensations and benefits

• You ensure a smooth monthly payroll and coordination of employee perks and benefits
• You follow up on all compensations & benefits and continuously look for new optimisations
• You are a soundboard for employees on legal benefits, holiday entitlements and provide consultation on other HR topics (contract, payroll, social legislation, ...)
• You implement and manage our employee data
• You ensure compliance with all legal requirements as well as executing and optimising internal reporting

You own the onboarding for our new colleagues

• You deliver a balance of warmth, focus and determination to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for all new joiners
• You coordinate a smooth administrative onboarding of new joiners, including insurances, holiday rights, internet subscription, car park, etc…

You grow our culture

• You understand the importance of company culture. You embody our values to the outside world
• You ensure an extraordinary employee experience
• You work closely together with our support teams: talent, office & marketing

You take ownership of Learning & Development

• You help in assessing internal training needs and designing and implementing training programs
• You follow up all training and development programs

Your profile

• A bachelor or master's degree in an HR-related study
• A first experience with payroll and/or HR administration
• You have a perfect knowledge of Belgian social legislation
• You are a thoughtful HR partner who can work at a detailed tactical level and also see the big picture
• You are highly organised and have an impeccable eye for detail
• You have strong communication and relationship building skills to effectively and respectfully support our team
• You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role - no job is too big or too small
• You are keen to grow in international payroll.
